We maintain a strict no-refund policy to prevent fraud, protect our digital intellectual property, and adhere to Shopify’s platform requirements. This policy serves as a transparent declaration to both Shopify and our customers regarding our business operations. For full compliance, we confirm that we maintain zero physical inventory, conduct no shipping operations, have no supplier partnerships or dropshipping arrangements, and do not facilitate or participate in any physical-product sales whatsoever. Limited Supply Store is strictly a digital information provider that sells curated vendor lists, educational materials, business templates, research reports, and digital access credentials. Our website theme was supplied solely as a digital file by shopify@scaled.info, who has no involvement in our business operations, refund decisions, fulfillment processes, or customer service.
All products offered by Limited Supply Store are delivered electronically and consist only of digital content such as PDF vendor lists ranging from 1 to 50 megabytes, educational bundles covering reselling strategies, business templates in spreadsheet and document format, detailed digital research reports, and login details granting access to our Discord community and resource areas. Every product is fulfilled instantly via email upon payment confirmation. Because we do not sell, ship, store, or handle any physical products, there are no shipping delays or physical logistics involved. Our strict digital-only structure ensures compliance with Shopify’s policies and eliminates complications typically associated with traditional e-commerce.
Customers must understand that all vendor lists and supplier directories provided by Limited Supply Store are purely informational. We do not verify the legitimacy, authenticity, legal compliance, or product quality of any suppliers included in our materials. We do not endorse any listed suppliers and do not guarantee that any products offered by third-party vendors are genuine or compliant with platform policies. We do not support or encourage counterfeit activity under any circumstance. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify any supplier before conducting business. Failure to properly verify supplier legitimacy may result in serious legal consequences, including liability under 18 U.S.C. § 2320, which carries penalties of up to ten years in federal prison and fines up to $2,000,000. Limited Supply Store will cooperate fully with law enforcement in any investigation involving counterfeit activities or misuse of our digital materials.
Our no-refund policy is supported by established e-commerce laws and Shopify’s guidelines for digital products. Because digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase, they cannot be returned or “un-accessed” once delivered. Under the EU Digital Content Directive and similar global standards, customers waive their right to withdrawal when they agree to immediate digital delivery. This creates a binding agreement that protects both the customer and our business. All policies are clearly presented before purchase to ensure customers make fully informed decisions.
Before completing any purchase, customers must acknowledge several mandatory terms through our checkout process. These terms include confirming they are purchasing digital content only, understanding that delivery is instant and non-refundable, agreeing that no physical products are being purchased, accepting that Limited Supply Store does not verify supplier legitimacy, and acknowledging that they are solely responsible for verifying any supplier they choose to engage with. Customers must also accept that by accessing the product, they waive all cancellation rights. Anyone who does not accept these terms must not proceed with the purchase.
Although all sales are final, Limited Supply Store recognizes three extremely rare exceptions that may qualify for refund consideration. The first exception involves complete technical failure, which affects approximately 0.1% of transactions and requires verification that payment was successful but no download link was received within 24 hours, that the customer contacted support within 48 hours, that spam and junk folders were checked, that email delivery failed according to our server records, that our team was unable to resolve the issue, and that our system logs show no successful downloads. The second exception involves accidental duplicate purchases, which occur in roughly 0.05% of cases and require that the same product was purchased twice within a 60-minute period using the same payment method, that only one version was downloaded, that the issue was reported within two hours, and that there is no pattern of previous accidental purchases. The third exception addresses fundamental product misrepresentation, affecting only about 0.01% of cases, and requires a customer to demonstrate with evidence that the product received materially differs from its description. Complaints based on personal expectations or subjective dissatisfaction do not qualify. Reports must be submitted within 24 hours and may not show signs of product use.
Customers are required to attempt direct resolution with Limited Supply Store before seeking any chargeback through their bank or financial institution. This involves submitting a formal request through our support system and allowing up to five business days for a response. Improper or fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account and IP bans, placement in industry fraud databases, legal action for breach of contract with minimum damages of $5,000, potential criminal fraud reporting, and full collection efforts including fees and penalties. Shopify may also be notified of improper chargebacks. These consequences are not threats, but standard contractual remedies to protect our business from fraudulent disputes.
Limited Supply Store employs advanced fraud prevention systems, including real-time monitoring, IP geolocation checks, device fingerprinting, behavioral analysis, machine learning tools, manual review triggers, and cross-account pattern tracking. When suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, notify law enforcement, and add offending users to industry fraud databases. These measures are designed to protect legitimate customers and maintain a secure digital marketplace.
By completing a purchase on Limited Supply Store, customers provide a legally binding acknowledgment that they are purchasing digital products only, waiving all cancellation rights upon delivery, accepting that all sales are final except for the extremely limited exceptions outlined in this policy, and agreeing to independently verify any suppliers they choose to contact. Customers also acknowledge that they will not engage in counterfeit activity and accept all legal and financial consequences for misuse of the information provided. This acknowledgment serves as evidence of informed consent and may be used in any legal proceedings. Claims of ignorance after purchase will not be accepted, as customers explicitly agree to these terms at checkout.
